2. Sabutan Festival

Held every 13th of August

Praised each year to pay tribute to the Patron Saint of Baler, Aurora, San Luis Obispo, and in recognition of the introduction of an awesome pioneer and statesman, President Manuel Luis Quezon. This festival highlights the local craft of weaving using the leaves of the sabutan plant. 3. Karansa

Held every February 14-19
